Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles refunds.

• Single-mix credits: unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used for an export are not refundable.
• Pro subscriptions: you can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime: refundable within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact us at with your order number. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
